Established in 2024, The Charlestown Yard offers a truly unique and dynamic outdoor entertainment experience. Originally the site of the iconic Hood Milk factory, our expansive space has been thoughtfully transformed into a premium event venue, blending industrial heritage with contemporary amenities. This summer, Charlestown Brewing Co. is turning up the volume on fun, flavor, and community at The Yard at Hood Park. Beginning Friday, June 13 –
Sunday, June 15, the brewery’s summer-long outdoor pop-up will run every weekend through August, featuring craft drinks, live music, mini golf, local food vendors—and a mission to give back. Guests can expect an immersive outdoor experience with a 9-hole mini golf course, live music performances, Charlestown Brewing Co. merch, and a full lineup of beverages from some of New England’s best brewers and distillers. The pop-up is free to attend, both dog- and family-
friendly, and includes up to three hours of free parking inside the Hood Park Garage.
Hours of operation are Fridays and Saturdays from 4–10 PM and Sundays from 12–8 PM.
Drink offerings include pours from Wachusett Brewing, Harpoon, Smuttynose Brewing, and Island District Cocktails. Throughout the grand opening weekend (June 13 – 15), participating breweries will host giveaways, offering guests a chance to win branded gear and exclusive prizes.
